Looking for loving families to join ours

Placing a puppy in a guardian home is a special way for us to grow our breeding program, while ensuring they are raised in a loving family home and receiving the one-on-one attention they deserve.

What is a guardian home?

A guardian home is where a special family partners with us to provide a loving, caring environment for one of our puppies while the dog remains part of our breeding programme. The puppy is raised as a cherished pet in the family’s home, enjoying daily love, socialisation and one-on-one attention. Once mature, the dog will come to us periodically for breeding events and puppy-raising periods, after which it returns to the guardian family

Is there a difference between a male and female guardian home?

Yes, there are some differences in how males and females participate in the breeding program.

Male dogs are required for breeding (stud) services throughout the year. This may involve short veterinary visits over a few days for semen collection or artificial insemination, or occasionally staying with us for up to a week for natural mating. A male may be requested multiple times per year, depending on breeding needs.

Female dogs are required for breeding, pregnancy, and puppy-raising periods. This includes short vet visits during her heat cycle for hormone testing and mating, or a short stay with us for a natural pairing.
Once a pregnancy has been confirmed, the female will return to us for monitoring and care leading up to birth, and will stay from approximately one week before her due date until her puppies are around 8 weeks old.

In all other respects, the expectations for care, wellbeing and access to veterinary support remain the same for both male and female guardian homes.
